Hey Guys! How are you both? You must be excited to start training again. Things are going well here in PC. I have some achilles pain….bummer…no running. I’m a weaklin’ that is getting stronger… Anyways, just wanted to say a quick hello. We need to email sometime.

Hey Ange,
Good to hear you’re enjoying Park City. Heather and I are keen to try out some altitude training at some point in the future. Hopefully we can come up with you guys next year. I’m sure your riding is reaping the benefits.
Anyway, instead of emailing we should just leave comments on each others blogs. Jokes.
